From Pain to Power: My Journey with Fibromyalgia

Today I am so grateful to be where I am.  Enjoying my marriage, my children, my hobbies, my life.  Today I am able to live my life on my terms, without Fibromyalgia dictating what I can do and when, and for how long.

I wasn’t always able to do those things, and at one point I wasn’t sure if a marriage or children would be in my future.  Twenty years ago I felt an odd sensation in my right foot, like pins and needles.  That little bit of pain eventually turned into a widespread pain all over my body.  You know, the type of pain that even your hair hurts. That pain was accompanied by debilitating fatigue, to where I couldn’t even make it from room to room in my tiny one-bedroom apartment without having to lay on the floor and rest awhile.  Then along came migraines, brain fog, dizziness, nausea and other digestive issues, and severe chest pain.  Even with all of that going on for months, I thought eventually it would all pass and I would go back to normal.  It wasn’t until one night I woke up in the middle of the night shaking, sweating, crying, and frantic.  I had no idea what was happening to me.  I was able to make it to the bathroom where I laid there on the floor crying, scared, and honestly thinking I was dying.  Eventually I vomited and went back to bed.  It was then I decided I needed help.

The next morning, I began making doctor appointments.  I had x-rays of my stomach and chest, saw a neurologist, and had so many blood tests done it was ridiculous.  All to be told nothing was wrong with me, that it was all in my head, and I needed to see a therapist.  But I knew I couldn’t give up-you can’t be this sick for this long and nothing be wrong.

That’s when I met the doctor that was going to change my life.  The doctor what was going to give me the tools to start climbing out of this torture.

And then, week by week I was noticing a change.  I was noticing that a symptom was diminishing-the pain began to ease, I began to have more energy.  I was having clear thoughts and conversations.  The time between migraines was getting less and less.  And after three months, all of my symptoms were gone.

That was twenty years ago and I’ve been managing my fibromyalgia with those same tools plus some I’ve picked up along the way.  I am so grateful I was given proven tools to get my fibromyalgia under control. Otherwise I wouldn’t be running around the playground with my 6-year-old, I wouldn’t have been able to hike in the Grand Tetons, or snorkel in Hawaii, go horseback riding in Wyoming, swim in the Caribbean, dance with my preschoolers, or go jeeping with my friends.

And now I want the same for you. If you’re ready to take the steps to feel empowered and joyful, there’s a framework that you can lean into for the same transformation I experienced.

It’s a 12-week transformation program called Reset & Renew that will give you the same tools I still use to this day to keep my fibromyalgia under control.  During this program you will learn about each of the tools you will be using and why it’s important to your healing. Then you will transition to applying those tools in a step-by-step, day by day plan that can be adjusted to where you are in your chronic illness.  After completing the 12-week program, you will then be in maintenance mode and know what to do if a flare-up occurs.

So, think about what you would do if you didn’t have to deal with the pain, the fatigue, the brain fog, joint stiffness, headaches, the digestive issues every day.  Would you travel, or hang out with friends, enjoy your hobbies, play with your kids?  Or maybe simply sleep or take a shower?  In three short months, I can promise you will be able to start doing those things.  You just have to get started.

In this program, you will receive:

·        My holistic wellness system from 20 years of experience

·       My Holistic Wellness knowledge I’m certified in (valued at $1300)

·        A simple, step-by-step 12-week plan that walks with you daily

·        A framework for maintenance, so you know exactly what to do when flare-ups happen

You’ll learn why each tool works, how to apply it to your life, and how to create real healing momentum.

In three months, you could either be exactly where you are now-in pain, fatigued, and miserable or you could take this program and be a completely different person, free of all the symptoms holding you back.  I would love to help you get to the life you deserve and take control over your chronic illness.  It’s easy to sign up-simply go to www.wellnessby1019.com/reset-renew and click Sign Up. Or go ahead and click the button below and sign up today!

Also, there’s two ways to pay:

·       One payment in full of $349

·       Two monthly payments of $175

You don’t have to keep living in survival mode. You don’t have to push through another day wondering if this is as good as it gets. There is another way—and it starts with one brave yes.

If you’re ready to trade the pain, the exhaustion, the confusion for clarity, strength, and real healing…

Then I invite you to take the very first step I once took—and begin your own Reset & Renew journey.

Because three months from now, you could still be stuck in the same painful cycle...
or you could be celebrating your first symptom-free day.

The choice is yours, and I’ll be right here cheering you.
