The Energy You’ve Lost-And How to Get It Back

You Don’t Just Feel Tired. You Feel Gone.

You wake up… but it doesn’t feel like waking up.
Your eyes open, but your body refuses to move.
Everything feels heavy—like you're carrying something you can’t see.
You’re not lazy.
You’re not dramatic.
You’re exhausted in a way that even sleep can’t fix.

I know that exhaustion.
I lived it.
And I want you to know: there is a way through it.

How I Took My First Step Toward Healing

Doctors didn’t have answers.
Rest didn’t help.
I felt trapped in my own body—like I was watching my life from the outside.

But then, something shifted.

It wasn’t overnight.
It started with one thing: gentle movement.

I know what you’re thinking—“Move? I can barely stand.”

Trust me, I get it.
At my worst, I couldn’t walk to the bathroom without needing to rest on the floor. I remember laying on the carpet, staring at the ceiling, hoping energy would just... come.

But I started anyway. Slowly. Gently. On the floor.

A stretch.
A shoulder roll.
A deep breath.

Then, one day, I walked outside with my mom. Just five minutes. My legs gave out, and I had to sit on the curb.
But I tried again.
And again.

And weeks later—I was walking for twenty minutes without stopping.

Your First Step Starts Here

If you can’t get out of bed, start in bed.
Wiggle your toes.
Stretch your arms.
Move your body in the smallest way you can.

Then tomorrow, do it again.

Healing doesn’t begin with a giant leap.
It begins with one tiny, consistent step forward.

And that’s what I want to help you take.
